This series of Sampling Valves are designed to be sandwiched between a pair of ASA #150 pipeline flanges in either a horizontal or a vertical pipe.  The valves are well suited to higher line pressures, where fine control of the release of sample into a bottle is required.  Four ex Stock sizes are offered in 316 stainless steel to suit 1” (25 mm), 1½” (40 mm), 2” (50 mm) and 3” (80 mm) NB pipelines.  All valves can be made to order in Grade C22 Alloy or Grade 2 pure Titanium. The standard cap on the outlet is GL 45 to suit a range of safety sample valves which we hold in stock.  Caps to suit other bottles can be offered to special order. Standard ex-Stock stainless steel cabinets can be securely bolted to the valves to further improve safety of operation.
