A well-founded and reliable quality assurance requires verification of incoming good prior to unloading. In particular, the sampling of tanker vehicles involves a considerable deployment of personnel and is very time-consuming. Someone has to climp on the vessel, open the manhole and withdraw a sample.
The new sampling valve for road tankers, which is available for 2, 3 and 4 inch tank truck couplings, provides a remedy. It is no longer necessary to climb on the vehicle.
